COMPANY UPDATE:
The following
information has changed regarding Showcars-Bodyparts
Return and Exchange policy. Please be advised that all
orders will be placed under the new stipulations and
conditions.Be sure to read through the ENTIRE section so
that you are aware of these changes.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:
Special order,
blowout specials or non-stocked products are NON-RETURNABLE.
All fiberglass parts manufactured require heavy block
sanding, trimming and other preparation work prior to
being primed fit or painted. There will be absolutely
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any special orders, blowout
specials or non-stocked products. Return freight is
non-refundable for incorrect or incomplete orders sent
back to the company. Showcars-Bodyparts charges a 25%
restocking and handling fee for all processed orders that
are cancelled or returned.
DAMAGED
ORDERS:
All products are
shipped using carrier-approved packing materials and
methods. Any visible or hidden damage to the package you
receive should be brought to the attention of the
delivery person or to the carrier immediately by calling
their customer service number for claims. Please file
claim with the carrier the same day you receive the
package from the carrier. All claims for damaged
merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier and
not Showcars-Bodyparts Unlimited. Please keep all
shipping cartons and packing materials that you received
with the damaged goods so the carrier can inspect the
package based on your claims.
